• Led full enterprise software migration for 60-80 employee retail organization, completing ahead of the projected 3-month transition timeline.
• Managed employee data migration and cleanup, applicant tracking system implementation and testing, learning management system configuration, permissions and access setup.
• Created training materials and trained upper-level staff on new platform.
• Configured document library with dynamic templates for company-wide use.
• Set up performance tracking, milestone tracking, and integrated objectives for data-driven decision making.
• Primary focus during rollout was user adoption — getting staff comfortable with daily system use.
